For all levels of Rental

• 6 month contract is required
• $150 security deposit is required
• Copy of Seattle business license, massage license and insurance with Seattle Somatics named as an additional insured

• 3 large treatment rooms fully furnished with heat and air conditioning for healing arts practitioners.
• 3 electric lift massage tables.

• Body cushions, bolsters and pillows for client comfort and support.
• Spacious and comfortable waiting room with water and tea service.
• MP3 music system through out suite.
• Hydrotherpy eqiupment (hot stone, ice, hydroculator, thermaphore)
• 7 day/week access to Business office with high speed internet, phone, office supplies and client files.
• Resource library.
• Online appointment scheduling and website presence.
• Discount on Mentoring services.
• Seattle Somatics business e-mail account.
• Free Seattle Somatics logo business cards.
• Credit Card handling.(fees apply)
• Linen service available (fees apply)
